Balance ball
Choose the ball size according to your height
<Ball size 65cm> Height around 160cm
<Ball size 55cm> Height around 155cm

Stretch band
<Stretch band size> Width 15cm X Length 3m
This size is hard to find in Japan.
Alternatively, you can use the following two types

15cm wide x 2m long

Width 12.5cm X Length 3m (#Ceraband)

Pilates ball
It becomes a small ball with a diameter of 20 cm.

Yoga mat
Please prepare a yoga mat that fits your body.
